Shipping Policy

All orders are processed in within 3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.

 

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and supplier:

  • Asia: Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days.
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-21 days. Delivery may vary depending on customs clearance and the destination country.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs and options are displayed at checkout.  We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, customs, or couriers.

  • Free Shipping: On an irregular basis or selected countries promotions
  • International Shipping: Flat Rate at US19.9

 

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 1-3 business days to appear upon shipment collected. You can track your package using the link provided.

 

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to some countries due to shipping limitations; we will try our best to expend business operations to achieve coverage among countries.

Certain items may have restrictions depending on the shipping destination (e.g., oversized products, materials restricted by customs).

 

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
