LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Welcome to the 2wenty5ive.Store Loyalty Program (“Program”)!  These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program. By enrolling or participating, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

 

Eligibility

  • The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
  • Participation requires a valid email address, and enrollment through 2wenty5ive.Store

 

How to Earn Points/Rewards

  • Members earn points by making purchases
  • Points are awarded at a rate of 1 point per $1 spent excluding taxes and shipping
  • Rewards eligibility and redemption values are subject to change at 2wenty5ive.Store’s discretion

 

Loyalty Program

  1. $ 1 = 1 Points
  2. Points Period: 1 January – 31 December
  3. Members entitled will be upgraded to next level in consequent year
  4. Members entitled can enjoy benefits stated at new level in consequent year
  5. Members who do not meet the requirements within the year will be retained at the same level in single consequent year, but will demoted in the following year
  6. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value unless otherwise stated

 

Expiration and Forfeiture

  • Points expire by 31 December of every year after the date they are earned unless otherwise specified
  • Accounts inactive for 1 year may forfeit all points
  • 2wenty5ive.Store reserves the right to deduct points earned through fraudulent or unauthorized means

 

Program Changes and Termination

  • 2wenty5ive.Store may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time with 30 days notice
  • Changes will be communicated via email or announcement on website
  • Upon Program termination, all unredeemed points will expire within 60 days

 

Limitation of Liability

  • 2wenty5ive.Store is not responsible for technical issues, lost points, or delays in reward delivery beyond our control
  • The Program is provided “as is,” and participation is at your own risk

 

Privacy

  • Personal information collected through the Program is governed by our Privacy Policy
  • By participating, you consent to the use of your data for Program administration and marketing purposes
